Green Tara Foundation

We are located over in Mulund Colony, right behind the Jai Bharat School. Our space is in the 8/16 Old Barrack. It's a bit of an older building, as the name suggests, but it serves its purpose for the Green Tara Foundation. If you know the school area, we are pretty easy to find. The streets around here can get a bit crowded during school hours when the kids are leaving, so we usually plan our meetings around those times. It’s a very local vibe in this part of suburban Mumbai. We don't have any shiny glass walls or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just us working out of this old barrack. We've put up a few shelves and brought in some basic tables. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. Sometimes you can hear the school bells or the kids playing outside, which makes the day go by a bit faster. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. We're just a small team in Mulund. We handle our day-to-day tasks without much fuss. If you walk past the school and head toward the back, you’ll see where we are. It’s quiet in the mornings, which is when we get most of our planning done. We’ve been here for a while and like the fact that it’s a grounded, normal place to work. No big ego here, just work. We just keep our heads down and do what we can.
