Give & Gain Foundation

We are over at the Evershine Mall in Malad West. If you know the Mindspace area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is on the first floor, number 154, tucked away on the upper level. It’s not a huge space, but it works for us. Most days you’ll find a couple of us here sorting through papers or talking on the phone. We started the Give & Gain Foundation because we wanted to do something useful with our time. Being in a mall is actually pretty handy since people can find us easily while they’re out doing their shopping. There’s always someone coming or going. The office is a bit messy sometimes with all the files and stuff we have lying around, but we know where everything is. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s just desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. We like being part of the Mumbai City life, even with all the traffic outside. If you’re ever walking around the upper level of Evershine, you’ll see our sign. We keep things simple here and just try to get through the work we have planned for the day. It’s a local effort and we take things as they come. No big corporate meetings, just us doing what needs doing.
