Gista Development Foundation

We are located over on Deonar Pada Road, right in Deonar Village, Chembur. Our space is in the Atlantis building, part of the Raheja Acropolis. It is building 502, and we are in room 502 on the fifth floor. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been here for a while now. It’s just a regular office where a few of us come to work every day. No big fancy lobby or anything like that. We spend most of our time at our desks or out in the neighborhood. People around here know us because we’ve been part of the local scene for a bit. The foundation handles different development tasks. It is mostly local stuff that doesn’t get much attention elsewhere. We don't have a big team of experts. Just some folks who grew up around here and want to do something useful. Some days the traffic near the building is a real headache. But we like the spot. It is easy for people to find us once they know which building it is. We keep the kettle going for tea and mostly just focus on the paperwork and the meetings. It is a simple operation. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things look. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families.
