Foram Parekh

My name is Foram Parekh and I run things from here at the Kashinath Building on Charni Road. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop by when they are in the Ramchandra Dongri area. It is an old building, but it has a lot of history and it is a solid place to work from. I have been in this spot for a bit now, just handling the daily business as it comes. It is not a huge operation with a bunch of departments. Usually, it is just me or maybe one other person helping out with the paperwork. We deal with whatever needs doing that day. The neighborhood is always noisy and moving, which is just how Mumbai is. There is a lot of walking traffic outside. Being on the ground floor means I see a lot of people passing by 19 Kashinath Building every day. It is a practical space. I do not go in for fancy decorations or those big leather chairs you see in movies. I just have my desk and the files I need. If you are looking for the place, look for the entrance near the street level. It is small, but we get the job done here. I like the routine of coming in and seeing the same faces in the building. It feels like a real community. Nothing too complicated, just a local spot where work happens.
