Firefly Design

Firefly Design is based out of Shop No 1 in the Pratiq Apartment. We are over in Malad West, near the Adhyaru Industrial Estate and not too far from Evershine Nagar. It is a bit of a mix of residential and industrial around here. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. There are computers and some drawing boards scattered around. Looking at screens and trying to figure out how things should look takes up most of our day. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes we sit here for hours just trying to get one thing right. The neighborhood is pretty active, so there is always some noise from the street or the industrial estate nearby. Since we have been here for a while, we know the guys at the tea stall around the corner. They usually bring us our afternoon chai without us even asking. It’s just a few of us who like making things, rather than a big corporate team. We don't worry about having the latest furniture or a shiny front window. Focusing on the work on our desks is more important. It can get a bit messy with papers and sketches everywhere, but we know where everything is. That is just how we operate. It’s a practical little spot in a busy part of Malad. We keep the lights on and the ideas flowing as best as we can.
