Green Territory

Our spot is over at 16 Cama Industrial Estate. If you’re coming down to Lower Parel West, you’ll find us in the Sun Mill Compound area. It’s right across from the Post Office, which makes it pretty easy to explain to delivery guys or anyone trying to find Green Territory for the first time. The industrial estate has been here a long time, and it has that old Mumbai feel to it. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers you see popping up everywhere now. We like the grit and the history of this part of town. Working out of Sun Mill Compound means we’re right in the thick of things. There’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been operating from this unit for a good bit now. It’s a practical space. We haven’t spent much time decorating or making it look like a showroom because that’s just not how we work. We just need the space to get the job done. Being in Lower Parel, the train station is close, and the energy is always high. We’re just one of the many businesses tucked away in these lanes. Green Territory isn't about anything flashy. We just stay focused on our daily tasks and keep things running as smoothly as possible from our unit here at Cama Industrial Estate. It is a bit dusty sometimes, and the stairs are steep, but it is our home and we like it.
