Fe Institute Of Art Design

People usually find us easily because we're right by Andheri Station. Up on the fifth floor of Shoppers Point. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on S. V. Road, but once you get inside the Fe Institute Of Art Design, it's quieter. We spend our days mostly teaching people how to draw and think about design stuff. It’s not a huge place. Just enough room for the desks and the supplies we keep scattered around. We’ve been here next to Paneri for a while now. Some students come in after work, others are younger. We don’t really do fancy brochures. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from a friend in the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us doing our thing with pencils and computers. The elevator in this building can be slow sometimes, so give yourself a minute. We like being in Andheri West because everything is close by. If you need art supplies, there are shops downstairs. We keep the doors open mostly during the day. It’s a practical space for learning. We don't try to be a big corporate school or anything. It’s just a place where you can come and work on your portfolio or learn some new skills without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we have tea while we work. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. Just regular people making things and trying to get better at art.
