Every Life Matters Foundation

Every Life Matters Foundation is situated in the industrial heart of Navi Mumbai. We are at Plot No. X-8 and X-8/1 in the TTC Industrial Area. This part of Mahape is mostly factories and warehouses, so there are always big trucks moving along the Thane Belapur Road. It’s not the most scenic place, but it is where a lot of the real work happens in the MIDC area. Our building is a basic industrial structure, nothing too pretty to look at. We spend our days here surrounded by the sounds of the industrial estate. It can get quite hot in Mahape during the summer months because of all the concrete and metal around us. We have a regular routine of starting early to beat some of the heat. The office is functional, with enough space for our files and the few computers we use. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks along the Thane Belapur Road, which is a major artery for this part of Thane. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just need a place that works for our needs. Usually, we eat our lunch at our desks or go to a small canteen nearby. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Being in the MIDC zone means we are around other people who are also just trying to get through their workday. It is loud and dusty, but it’s our spot.
