Eraf Environmental Research Foundation

You can find the Eraf Environmental Research Foundation at A-2 on the second floor of the Krishnamai building. We are located on Plot 33 B along Sir Pochkhanwala Road in the Worli Colony area of Mumbai. This part of Mumbai City is quite well known, and being in Worli keeps us close to a lot of the environmental issues we look into. Our office is a straightforward research space. We do not have a lot of fancy equipment or a high-tech lab that looks like it is out of a movie. It is mostly just desks, computers, and bookshelves full of data and journals. We have been at this address in Maharashtra for some time now. The building is a bit older, and the stairs up to the second floor are well-worn, but it is a good, solid place to work. We do not have a team of people to handle our public relations, so we just write these things ourselves when needed. It is not about looking perfect or having a polished image for us. We just want to get the research done and understand the environment a bit better. Sometimes the heavy traffic on Sir Pochkhanwala Road makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but that is just part of being in Mumbai. We keep things simple here at Eraf. We are not trying to sell anything or convince anyone of a grand vision. We are just doing research from our spot in Worli Colony.
