This branch is located at Jitin Villa in Sion East. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how tight space can be, and our place is no exception to that rule. We have got our setup at 167 5, and it is a very busy little place from morning until night. Every single day starts with us moving things around just to make enough room for the day's tasks. It is a bit of a squeeze, but we always make it work somehow. We are not interested in being the flashiest or loudest shop on the block. We just keep our heads down and handle the customers as they come through the door. The building is an older one, which gives it a certain feel that you just do not get with the new glass towers. We have several regulars who come by just to say hello to the staff, and we really like that part of the job. It is not a corporate environment where every word we say is scripted or checked. We talk to people like they are our neighbors because they actually are. Sometimes the monsoon rain gets a bit heavy and we have to keep a close eye on the front door, but that is just life in Mumbai. We do not have a lot of staff, so everyone here does a bit of everything. One minute you are answering the phone, and the next you are moving a heavy crate.
