Divishadeep Foundation

Divishadeep Foundation is based in Mulund West, specifically in the Ecstacy City of Joy complex on J&D Road. We’re up on the 6th floor in flat 505. It’s a decent place to work, and we get a bit of a view of the neighborhood from up here. We’re just a small group of people who decided to start something to help out where we could. It’s not a massive organization with a bunch of departments. Most days it’s just a few of us sitting around the table figuring out our next steps. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the people in the building and the local shops nearby. Mulund is a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on. We try to stay focused on our tasks without making too much of a fuss. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that; we just use what we have to do what we can. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with flyers and documents, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get things done. If you ever find yourself near City of Joy, that’s where we are. We’re just trying to be a positive part of the community in our own small way. It keeps our days quite full and keeps us involved.
