Deepti Arts

The shop is located at 105/29 in Sion Zaveri Bazar, and you can find us right next to the Telephone Exchange. It is a busy spot with people always coming and going for their own work. We spend most of our time here at Deepti Arts dealing with different materials and projects that come through the door. The space is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the corners and onto the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a lot of things arrive at once, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. The light comes in through the front in the afternoons, which helps when we are looking at small details. Being near the exchange means it is easy to tell people where to go if they are looking for us for the first time. We have been in this area for a while now and have gotten used to the noise from the street and the constant activity outside. There is always a bit of dust on the windows because of the traffic, so we have to wipe them down more often than we would like. It is a practical place where work actually happens instead of just looking pretty. We keep the tools handy and the supplies organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else just walking in.
