I run my business from 65 Peddar Road in Liliya Nagar. It’s a nice enough area, though the traffic on Peddar Road can be a real nightmare during the rush hour. I’ve been based here for quite a while now. My setup is pretty simple, just a room where I can focus on my tasks without too many distractions. I handle a lot of different things throughout the week, mostly administrative and coordinating work. It’s just me here, so I have to keep track of everything myself. The space is filled with folders and my computer, and maybe a few tea cups scattered around from a long morning. It’s not a big corporate setup with a lot of employees. I prefer it this way because I can keep a handle on every detail. People who know me just drop by or give me a call when they need something handled. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years, so I know the shortcut backstreets to avoid the worst of the traffic when I have to go out for meetings. My days are usually full of emails and phone calls, and I try to keep everything moving along. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps me busy and I like the people I deal with. Sometimes I lose track of time when I’m working on a project, and suddenly it’s dark outside. It’s just how it goes when you’re doing it all yourself from a home office.
