Dd Neroy Gallery

You can find us on the 2nd floor of Bombay Mutual Terra in Girgaon. We are right on Dr Rajkumar Road, near the 4th N Block. If you know where Karma Restaurant is, we are very close to that. The gallery space is up the stairs, which can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. The rooms have high ceilings and we try to keep the walls white so the art looks okay. It is usually pretty quiet up here compared to the street noise down on Rajkumar Road. We spend a lot of time moving things around and trying to figure out where a new piece should go. Sometimes the lighting is a bit tricky, and we have to fiddle with the bulbs. We have a small area in the back where we keep packing materials and some tools. There’s a window that looks out over the street, and you can see the people going into the restaurant. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just a few benches and a desk. The floor is old wood that creaks a little when you walk on it. We open up around ten and usually stay until the evening. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we wipe things down when we can. It’s just a plain space for people to look at art and spend a little quiet time away from the traffic.
