The office is usually a bit crowded because we have a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day. We have some basic wooden desks and benches for people to sit on. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. Our work is very hands-on, so we don't spend all day sitting behind screens. We are often out and about or talking to people right at our doorstep. There is always the sound of kids playing outside or neighbors talking, which makes it feel like a real community hub. We don't have a professional marketing team or a glossy brochure. We just speak to people plainly and handle our business the old-fashioned way. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real place to work. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else because this is where we feel most at home.
