Our office is up on the sixth floor of the Shiv Shakti Building, in Wing B. It’s right there at Chincholi Bunder Cross on Ahimsa Marg. Being in Mumbai Northwest means there is always a bit of a commute, but we’ve gotten used to it. The space isn’t very big, just room 602, but it’s enough for what we are doing. We have a few desks crammed in and a window that looks out over the neighborhood. It gets a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have a small AC unit that tries its best. We aren't some big firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it if someone knocks. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to each other about what needs to happen next. It's a pretty informal setup. Most of us wear jeans and just get to work. The area around Ahimsa Marg has a lot of little shops, so we usually grab some vada pav for lunch. We’ve been here for a while and the building staff knows us well. It’s a practical place for a small team. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, even if the desk piles get a bit high sometimes. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office.
