Confidence Bay Foundation

You can find Confidence Bay Foundation at Flat No 302 in The Arc building. We are right on S V Road in Santacruz West. S V Road is always packed with cars and buses, so there’s a constant hum of traffic in the background. It’s an old-school building with a lot of charm. The elevator is one of those small ones where you have to close the gate yourself. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. The rooms are a bit small, but we manage to fit everyone in. We have a big window that looks out over the street. Watching the rain from up here during the monsoon is actually quite nice. We have a lot of books and folders stacked up against the walls because we are running out of shelf space. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where the important stuff is. Most of the time, it’s just the four of us working away. We get a lot of sun in the afternoon, which makes the place feel bright. We don't have any fancy signs outside, just a small one on the door. People usually call us before they come over because the entrance to the building can be easy to miss if you’re driving too fast. It’s a solid place to work from and we like the neighborhood vibe we have here.
