Comnet Welfare Foundation

Comnet Welfare Foundation is based in Goregaon East, specifically at C-602 in the Lotus Corporate Park. That’s over in the Jaicoach area for those who know the neighborhood. It’s a pretty large business park, so it takes a bit of time to get through the gates and up to the sixth floor. Once you’re in our office, though, it’s a bit quieter. We have a decent view of the surroundings from here, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a standard room with the usual desks and chairs you’d expect. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day running of the foundation. Mumbai can be a hectic place to work, and Goregaon is no exception, especially when you’re trying to catch a train or navigate the traffic during rush hour. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the emails, make the calls, and try to stay on top of our to-do lists. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other days we manage to finish up on time. It’s just a regular job for us, and we try to do it as honestly as we can. There is no magic to it.
