Chitranagana Art

We are located in Badra East, at number 387. It’s a small space where we focus on our art. There isn’t much to say about the building itself; it’s just a regular spot where we can keep our supplies and work on different projects. We’ve been here for some time now. Most of the work we do is quite hands-on, so the place is usually a bit of a mess with brushes, paints, and sketches lying around. We don't really go for that clean, gallery look. It’s more of a workshop feel. People come by to see what we're working on or to pick up things they’ve asked us to make. We aren't a big company with a lot of employees. It’s just a few of us who enjoy the creative process and making things with our hands. The neighborhood in Badra East is fairly quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate on a piece. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just do the art and hope people like it. Sometimes we take on custom requests, and other times we just work on whatever comes to mind that day. It’s a simple life and we’re glad to have a space where we can be ourselves. We just keep at it every day, trying to finish one thing before starting the next. It’s hard work but it’s what we know.
