Change Within Foundation

Our office is located at Kamatghar in Bhiwandi, specifically on the 8th floor of building C3 at Survey No. 120/3. It’s a bit of a journey to get up to room 803 sometimes, especially if you’re carrying heavy boxes or if the elevator is being slow that day, which happens more often than we'd like. Bhiwandi is known for being a real hub of activity, and it’s no different around our building. We aren't a massive organization with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who wanted to do something useful for the people around here. We spend a lot of our time looking at how we can help people in the local area improve their daily lives through small changes. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not really who we are or how we work. We prefer just talking to people face-to-face when they come by the 8th floor. There’s usually a lot of paperwork to deal with, and we do our best to stay on top of it, even when things get a bit chaotic with the phones ringing. It’s not always a perfect system, but we make it work. We’ve been based in Kamatghar for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the place.
