Build2Grow Young India Foundation

The Build2Grow Young India Foundation is located in Tower No 1 of Planet Godrej, which is at 30 Keshavrao Marg in Mahalakshmi. We are way up on the 24th floor in flat number 2402. The view from up here is actually pretty good, you can see a lot of Mumbai, but mostly we are just looking at our screens. Planet Godrej is a big complex, so it took us a while to get used to where everything is. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to our tower. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit now. It is a professional enough setup but we keep it pretty relaxed inside. We don’t wear suits or anything like that unless we really have to. Most of the day is spent on emails or coordinating with different people across the city. Being in Mahalakshmi is central, which helps, even if the traffic on Keshavrao Marg is a mess during rush hour. We have a small table where we have our meetings and a few desks tucked into the corners. It’s not a huge team, just enough people to keep things running smoothly. We don’t really do any self-promotion. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a decent place to work and we just try to be honest and practical about how we handle our daily business. We just do the work.
