We have been here on Andheri Link Road for a while now. Most days are busy, just keeping up with everything that needs doing. Brownie Point isn't some fancy chain, it's just a spot where we work and see the same faces coming in from the neighborhood. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. People ask how we started, and honestly, it was just about finding a place to set up and getting to work. We don't have a big grand story or anything like that. Some mornings the delivery truck is late, or we run out of something, and we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a lot of manual work, standing on our feet, and making sure things are done right. We know the regulars by their usual orders and the time they show up. The area has changed a lot since we first opened, with more buildings going up, but we are still here in the same spot. It’s just a normal job for us, really. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate what we do. Sometimes the oven acts up or the floor needs an extra scrub, but that’s just how it goes when you run a place. We like being part of the local scene here, even if it’s just a small part of someone's day.
