Nidhi Frame Arts

Nidhi Frame Arts is tucked away at Shop No. 3 in Kent Tower. We’re part of the BMC Market area, which is always humming with people. Being near MK College on TPS Road in Borivali West means we see a lot of students passing by every day. Our main thing is framing pictures and artwork. The shop is often filled with the smell of wood and glue, and there’s usually a bit of sawdust on the floor no matter how much we sweep. We have various frames leaning against the walls, waiting for their owners to pick them up. It’s not a polished gallery or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes a customer brings in something old and fragile, and we have to be extra careful not to mess it up. We’ve been in Borivali West for a while now and have seen many shops come and go. Our spot in Kent Tower is small, but it’s enough for our tools and the framing glass. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the equipment. Most of our work comes from people walking by or folks who heard about us from their neighbors. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. We just focus on the task at hand, making sure the corners of the frames line up properly before they leave the shop. It’s messy work but someone has to do it, and we happen to enjoy it.
