Blooming Garden Foundation

We've been at the Lodha Grandeur building on Rahimtullah Sayani Road for a while now. Being up on the 12th floor in unit 1202 means we see a lot of the Prabhadevi area every single day. It’s a really busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside on the streets. Our office isn't anything fancy at all, just a simple place where we get our work done for the Blooming Garden Foundation. Sometimes the elevators take a long time since it's such a tall building, but we’ve just gotten used to the wait. Most of us either live nearby or take the local train into the station. It's a solid, practical spot for us to operate from. We started out much smaller and just kept going year after year. There’s always quite a bit of noise from the street below, but once you close the heavy windows, it’s mostly alright for working. We handle all the paperwork and coordinate our various activities from here. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, especially near the old filing cabinets in the corner. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desks get really cluttered with notes and tea mugs. People stop by occasionally if they are already in the neighborhood for something else. It’s just us doing what we can with the space we have available. We don't really do big formal meetings here, mostly just small talks. The walls are mostly plain.
