You can find us over in Santacruz East, in the Keshav Nagar area. We work out of Flat No A-103 in the Krishna Deep building. It’s more of a residential spot, so it’s quieter than being on a main road, which is nice for focusing on the art. The flat is basically our studio now, with one room for storage and the main area for working on whatever project is currently on the table. There are paints, canvases, and various tools spread out everywhere. We don’t really have fixed hours like a regular shop, but someone is usually here most of the day. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the neighborhood is decent enough once you get here. We started doing this because we just liked making things, and it eventually turned into a full-time job. We do a mix of different art pieces, sometimes small things for people's homes and other times larger bits. The light in the flat is pretty good in the mornings, which helps when we're trying to get colors right. It gets a bit messy, especially when we’re working with resins or heavy paints, but that’s just part of it. We don't have a secretary or anything, so if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. It’s a simple way of working, and it keeps us close to the projects we're doing.
