Bayleaf Foundation

You can find us on the 7th floor of Pramukh Plaza, which is just off the Andheri Kurla Road. If you know that road, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, but we’re right in the thick of it. Our office is B/701. It’s a decent-sized space where we handle everything for the Bayleaf Foundation. We don't have any polished corporate stuff going on here. It’s a lot of folders, half-empty tea cups, and people talking on their phones. We like being in Andheri because it’s so central for everyone. The office is pretty simple, with some desks pushed together and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being where we eat lunch. We do various types of foundation work, mostly whatever needs doing that day. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just jump in when there’s a task. The building is quite modern compared to some others in the area, and the view from the 7th floor lets us see the planes taking off from the airport nearby. It’s a busy place to work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It’s just a practical office for a group of people trying to get things done without making a big fuss about it all. We just keep our heads down and work.
