We are based inside the Ashoka Shopping Centre, which is located on L.T. Marg. This is right in the heart of the busy market area of Mumbai. If you have ever been to Crawford Market, you probably know where this is. L.T. Marg is always full of people, cars, and vendors. Our shop is just one of many inside the centre. We deal with art and creative things. It is not a massive gallery with spotlights, just a small, functional space where we keep our materials and the work we have finished. We have been at this address for a long time. The shopping centre is a bit dated now, but it has a lot of character. We know the other people working in the nearby shops, and it feels like a small village inside the building. Sometimes it gets a bit hot when the afternoon sun hits the road outside, but we just keep the fan going. We do not have a big corporate team, it is just us doing what we enjoy. People usually walk in while they are looking for other things in the mall. We like the random conversations we have with customers. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place.
