You can find Badri Arts over at Mendosa House in the Marol Church area of Andheri East. We are located in unit 1/10, which isn't the biggest space in the world, but we pack a lot into it. It’s a place where we deal with a lot of frames, prints, and various art pieces every single day. The floor is usually covered in little scraps of wood or matting board because we are always in the middle of a project. It’s a bit of a creative mess, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Marol is a fast-paced place, but inside the shop, things move a bit slower because you can't rush this kind of work if you want it to look right. We get all sorts of customers, from people wanting to frame an old family photo to those looking for something decorative for their new flat. We don't really do the whole high-end gallery thing with fancy wine and quiet music. We are more about making things look good for regular people in the neighborhood. The lighting in the shop could be better, and the street outside is always noisy with rickshaws, but we’ve grown fond of this little corner over the years. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, trying to make sure every frame is straight and the glass is clean. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
