Association For Harm Reduction Education And Research

We are based in Goregaon West, near the flyover. We spend our days dealing with research and education about harm reduction. It's a lot of paperwork and meeting people. The office is in A K Estate. Sometimes it gets loud because of the traffic on Veer Savarkar Flyover, but we get the work done. We focus on teaching people how to stay safe. It isn't fancy here. We've got desks and some files. Most of the time, someone is out on the field or looking at data. It's important work for the neighborhood and the city. We've been at Bldg No.3&4 for a while now. People come by asking questions. We try to answer them as best as we can. There's always something to do, whether it's organizing a small talk or looking through recent studies. It's just a few of us trying to make sense of things. Mumbai is a big place, and Goregaon is a busy spot. We just want to make sure the right information gets out there. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the papers around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us working in these buildings near the estate. It's a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be finished before the day ends.
