You can find us at 502-B in Kalpana Apartments, which is part of Natalia Chs Ltd. We’re on Sherly Rajan Road, right near Rizvi School in Bandra West. It’s a nice area, usually full of students and local residents walking their dogs. The building is one of those typical Mumbai ones where everyone knows everyone else. Ashia started simply because we wanted to help out with life's harder parts. This isn't a huge organization with hundreds of employees. Just a small flat turned into an office is what we have. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting people who stop by. Bandra can be noisy, but our corner is relatively quiet. There is no big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. Honest work is just what we do every day. Mumbai City 400050 is home for us. We just take things one day at a time, seeing who needs help and what we can actually manage to do. Desks are usually covered in files, and things aren't always perfectly organized. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. Regular people trying to make things a bit better for others is how I'd describe us. The building is old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it feels like home. There are no formal dress codes here. We just come in, get our coffee, and work.
