I have been working out of units 503 and 504 here in Vile Parle for a good number of years. It is a quiet spot most days, which really helps when I have a lot of paperwork or planning to get through. People usually give me a quick call before they decide to come over because I might be out running errands or meeting someone at a site. The space isn't huge, but it fits everything I need to get my daily tasks done properly. Living and working in Vile Parle has its benefits since most things I need are just a short walk away. I handle almost all the day-to-day stuff myself, from answering the phone to filing away old documents. It gets very busy during certain months, and then I just put my head down and work through the pile on my desk. I don’t really bother with much advertising; most people just seem to find the address and show up when they need something. It is a very straightforward setup without any big bells or whistles. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so walking up to the fifth floor is the only way to get here. I have lived in this part of town for a long time, so I know the local shops and shortcuts well. My desk is usually covered in little notes and yellow folders. It is just the way I operate. I like keeping things local and manageable for myself. I usually have some tea around if anyone stops by.
