Anubodh Chalkara & Subhodh Kher

This is the workspace for Anubodh Chalkara & Subhodh Kher. We are located at L/501 in Borivali East, within the Model Town area. It’s specifically near the 4 Bungalow landmark. Borivali East is a bit more residential in parts, and our spot in Model Town reflects that. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and trees. It’s a quiet enough place to get some work done. We have been here for some time now, and we’ve set up the office to be comfortable but functional. It’s not a big corporate headquarters. It’s just where the two of us and our small staff handle our daily business. We have some bookshelves, a couple of filing cabinets, and our desks. There’s no big reception area or anything like that. When people come by, they just walk right in. The neighborhood is decent, and we usually find a good spot for lunch nearby. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything promotional. Most of the people we deal with already know where to find us. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward way of working. Some days are busier than others, but we just take it as it comes. That is the reality of our office here in Borivali East at Model Town.
