Al Madina Shop

We have been here at Shop No 74 inside the Arasa Shopping Center for a while now. If you know Andheri West, you know how busy this area gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is out looking for something. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to keep things running. Most days start early with opening up the shutters and dusting off the shelves before the first few people walk in. The Arasa center has a lot of movement, so there is always noise from the corridors and other shops nearby. We mostly just focus on getting through the day's tasks and making sure things are in the right place. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially on weekends when the whole of Andheri seems to be out on the streets. We don't really do much fancy stuff here. It is just a regular shop where we try to keep things organized enough so people can find what they are looking for without too much trouble. Sometimes the lights in the hallway flicker a bit, or the tea guy is late, but that is just how it is working in a place like this. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new buildings coming up and old ones getting a fresh coat of paint. Still, our little corner in the shopping center stays pretty much the same. It's a practical spot for us and we just keep at it day after day.
