Ags Community Foundation

We've been operating out of the Trade World building in Kamala City for a while now. Lower Parel is a busy spot, and our office in the B Wing is where we handle everything. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes getting to the 6th floor, but once you're here, it’s just us doing what we can for the community. Senapati Bapat Marg always has a lot of traffic, so we see the city's energy right outside our windows every single day. Ags Community Foundation isn't a big flashy operation. We just have these two rooms, 601 and 602, where a few of us sit and go through paperwork or talk to people who drop by. It gets loud downstairs with all the construction and the trains nearby, but that’s Mumbai for you. We mostly focus on local stuff around Maharashtra, trying to be useful where it counts. No one here wears suits unless they really have to for a meeting. We usually just have chai and get to work. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or a big reception desk. Just desks, computers, and a lot of files. People know where to find us if they need to talk about local projects or if they just want to see what we're up to in the West side of Parel. It's just a regular office trying to do some decent work in a very crowded, fast-moving city. We've been here a few years now and it feels like home.
