Agneyastra Foundation

Agneyastra Foundation is located at 3B-301 on the third floor. We are in the Ratnasindhu Building on G D Ambekar Marg. It’s part of the Kalewadi area in Kalachowky. We have been here for some time now. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a few rooms where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up walking up those three floors. It keeps us moving, I guess. We aren’t a big organization with hundreds of people. It is just a handful of us working out of this space. Kalachowky is a busy spot, so there is always noise from the street coming up. We don’t mind it much. It feels like we are part of the city’s life. We have some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a place to make tea. That is about it. People from the neighborhood drop by now and then to say hello or ask about what we are doing. We just tell them we are doing our bit. We don't have any glossy brochures or big presentations. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished each day. It’s a practical setup for what we need. We’ve grown used to the layout of the place. It’s our base. We don't really see ourselves moving anywhere else soon. It works for us and the people we deal with. Just a normal office in a normal building.
