Academy Of Art & Design is based right in the Nerul Railway Station Complex, which makes it easy for anyone coming by train. We are in C/212 on the second floor. It is a bit of a walk through the complex but once you find the right wing, it is easy. Being near the station means there is always a crowd outside and plenty of noise from the trains, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We teach art and design to people who want to learn how to draw or use design software. It is not a very big space. We have some tables and stools and a few computers for the digital stuff. The light is okay during the day. Most people who come here are students from around Nerul or Navi Mumbai. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know our way around a canvas or a computer. It is a practical place. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy working on projects. If you get lost in the station, just ask someone for the second floor offices. We are usually there from morning till the last batch finishes. It is a good spot because the station is right there. Nothing fancy, just a place to learn art. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we have fans.
