Aasha Seva Foundation

Aasha Seva Foundation operates out of a row house in Shirpur. Specifically, we are at Row H N 2, on Plot numbers 7 to 15 in C.S. No. 28/3/C. We are based in the Dhule district of Maharashtra. Being in a smaller town like Shirpur means our work is very hands-on. We don't sit in an air-conditioned office all day. Most of the time, we are out and about. We started this because we saw a need for basic services that weren't always easy to find here. We aren't a giant organization with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team of locals. Our office is a place where people can just walk in without an appointment. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. Shirpur is a hardworking town, and we try to match that energy. We help with whatever is needed, whether it's health-related or just helping someone understand a form they need to fill out. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes it's frustrating and things move slowly. But we live here too, so we have a stake in how things turn out. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful. That’s the long and short of it for us at Aasha Seva. We just keep moving forward.
