A To Z Watch Company

A To Z Watch Company is my shop here in Khar. We are located at Shop Number 8 on S G Barve Road. It is near building number 37 in the Pardeshi Falia area. The building is called Jiteshwar Krupa. I’ve been working in this shop for a long time now. I call it A to Z because I try to handle any kind of watch problem that comes through the door. It doesn't matter if it’s a cheap plastic watch or a heavy metal one. I have a lot of tools hanging on the wall and drawers full of spare parts that I’ve saved up over twenty years. The shop is small and the fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking sound, but I’m used to it. Khar is a good neighborhood. I know most of the people who walk by every morning. Some of them stop in just to say hello or to ask for the time. I do a lot of battery replacements and I fix a lot of broken glass. Sometimes the parts are hard to find for the older watches, so I have to call around to other shops in the city. It’s a lot of sitting down and looking at very small things. My back hurts sometimes by the end of the shift, but I like being my own boss. It’s just a normal local shop that keeps me going. The commute isn't too bad either. I hope to stay here for another few years at least.
