Tribenidas Maharaj Agro Industry Privatelimited

We operate out of a small village called Khudra in the Bhaluk Kundu area of Medinipur. Our office is located at Alpana Ghosh’s house. It’s a typical rural setup where everyone knows each other. The name of the company is Tribenidas Maharaj Agro Industry, but we mostly just think of ourselves as a local business. We do a lot of work with the agriculture industry, focusing on what happens to the crops after they leave the field. Our mail goes to the post office in Karasia, so we’re there quite often. Working in Midnapore means we have to be ready for the heat and the dust. Our workspace is simple and honest. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big sign outside. Most of our day is spent checking on quality and making sure the packing is done right. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have big meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be done today and we get to it. Sometimes the machinery acts up or we have a delay with the transport, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s the kind of work where you get your hands dirty and you’re always tired by the end of the day. We are just a group of people trying to run a business in our home village. It’s not glamorous, but it’s real work that we understand well.
