Our group goes by the name Matabari Agri Farmers Fed Producer Company Limited. We are set up at Jamtaladakar. If you are looking for us, we are located at Santosh Debnath’s place. It is a local spot and everyone around here knows Santosh. We deal with the agricultural side of things for the farmers in this area. It is not an easy job, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. We spend our days chatting with growers and trying to organize the federation business. There is a lot of back and forth between different farms. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit and talk. Jamtaladakar is a nice enough place to work. It’s mostly about the people here. We try to be helpful when someone has a question about their crops or the market. It is a lot of small tasks that add up. We don't really bother with big marketing plans. We just focus on what is happening right in front of us. Some days are longer than others, especially during planting season. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple way of running things and it suits us just fine. We have our coffee and we handle the paperwork as it comes in from the various local farms.
