Balaka Agro Ville Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located at 01 Brindabanpur in Saiyedpur, which is part of the Salboni area in West Midnapore. It’s a beautiful part of the country, with plenty of open space and that red soil that this region is known for. We are a farmer producer company, which means we are really just a group of local people trying to help each other out with our crops. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting under the shade of the trees to discuss what we are going to grow next. The office is a simple building, nothing too special, where we keep our files and meet with the members. In Salboni, things move a bit slower than in the city, and we like it that way. We don't use corporate jargon or have big meetings in boardrooms. Our meetings happen where the work is. Sometimes we have to deal with pests or a dry spell that lasts too long, and those are the times we really have to stick together. We aren't looking to become some giant conglomerate. We just want to make sure the farmers in Brindabanpur and Saiyedpur get a fair deal for their hard work. It is a lot of sweat and dirt, and sometimes things don't go according to plan, but we just keep at it. It is an honest way to make a living, and we are proud to be part of this community. It is a good life here.
