Pradyot Samanta and the rest of us started this thing here in Digri because it felt like the right move for the area. We are based out of Paschim Mednapur, right near the 721253 pin code area. Most days you’ll find us just dealing with the paperwork or talking to people about the crops. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. We just have this spot in Digri where we manage the agro stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the seasons change, but we manage. My neighbor Pradyot helps keep things organized. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business going for everyone involved here. The roads around here can get pretty muddy during the monsoon, so getting things in and out takes a bit longer than we’d like. We spend a lot of time just talking to the local guys about what they’re growing. It's mostly about the practical side of farming and making sure the producer company functions like it's supposed to. We’ve been here for a bit now and people know where to find us. If you walk past the main house, you'll see where we set up. It's just a regular group of us working on agro products and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. Nothing too complicated, really. We just stay busy with the daily chores and help each other out when the work piles up. It is a slow process but we like the pace.
