Jangalmahal Agro Oil Private Limited is based out of Lohanabarh in Midnapore. Our spot is at Plot No-10, Radhachandanpur. This is specifically at Tapan Jana’s place, and he’s the son of late Bibhuti Jana. We are located in the 721160 area. Our main work revolves around agro oil, which is a big part of the local economy around here. It’s a rural setting, so we are surrounded by greenery and plenty of open space. The work can be physically demanding at times, especially when we are moving things around the plot. We don't have a flashy office. It's more of a functional site where the actual work happens. Tapan stays involved in the day-to-day stuff. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We know the neighbors and they know us. The road to get here is okay, but it can be tricky during the monsoon months when the mud gets thick. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the processing areas. It’s not a desk job for most of us. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool and fresh. By midday, it gets quite hot, so we usually take a break then. Midnapore is a good place for this kind of oil business because of the local crops. We just do our work and try to keep things running smoothly. It's a straightforward operation rooted in this community.
