Rana Marble

You’ll find Rana Marble out on the Borawar Bye Pass Road. It’s a good location for us because it stays away from some of the heaviest traffic inside the town, but we still see plenty of action from the trucks passing through. The bye pass is a long stretch of road, and we’ve set up our yard to be as practical as possible. There’s plenty of space for loading and unloading, which is the main thing we do all day. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy front desk. Most of the time, we’re out in the yard checking on the inventory or helping a driver get situated. The wind picks up quite a bit on the bye pass, so it can get a little gritty, but that’s just life in this part of the country. We keep things simple here. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with a polished image. We just have our stone and our space. Every day is a bit different depending on what kind of material is coming in. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the stacks, and other days it feels like everyone is arriving at once. We like the pace of it. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working with our hands and staying busy. If you’re driving along the Borawar Bye Pass, you will see where we are. It’s a plain, hardworking spot that suits us just fine.
