Rajpurohit Marbles

If you drive down Borawar Road, you’ll find us right near Sarda Marble. We have been working with stone here for quite some time now. It’s mostly just us getting through the daily tasks, unloading trucks when they come in and showing people what’s currently sitting in the yard. The weather gets pretty hot out here, but the work doesn't stop. Most days involve just checking the slabs for cracks or weird spots before someone takes them away. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just the space where the marble stays. People come by asking for specific sizes or colors, and we just go out and see what's available in the stacks. Sometimes the stock is low, other times we have more than we can handle. It is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure things don't break during the move. We try to keep things organized but stone is heavy and it takes a lot of effort to shift things around. You might see us out there with the cranes or just standing around talking about the next load coming in from the quarry. It is basic work, really. Not much to it other than knowing what looks okay and what doesn't. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll see the dust and the slabs lined up. That is pretty much who we are and what happens here every day at Rajpurohit Marbles.
