You will find us on Makrana Road in Borawar. This area is famous for stone, and we are right in the thick of it. The road is always busy with tractors and trucks carrying heavy loads. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. Dealing with marble is what we know. It is not like other businesses where things stay clean. Here, everything is covered in a thin layer of white dust. We wake up, head to the yard, and start checking what we have in stock. People stop by on their way through Borawar, asking about prices or looking for a specific pattern in the stone. We don't use any big words or sales pitches. We just show them the blocks. Some days are slow, and we sit around drinking tea and talking about the market. Other days, we don't even have time to sit down because there are three trucks waiting to be loaded at once. The weather in Borawar can be tough, very hot in the summer, but the stone stays cool to the touch. We have seen the town grow and the roads get wider, but the stone business doesn't change much. It is hard work, and your back usually aches by the end of the week. But it is what our family has done, and we just keep the gate open every morning for whoever needs us.
