Dadhich Marble Enterprises

You can find us right at Gati Choraha, on the Bypass Road in Makrana. This part of the country is famous for its stone, so Dadhich Marble Enterprises is just one of many, but we like our spot opposite the Bhati Petrol Pump. The traffic on the bypass never really stops, so there is always a layer of road dust mixed with the marble dust. We spend our days out in the yard, sorting through the blocks and slabs. Makrana is a place where everyone knows about marble, so we don't have to explain much. We just show what we have in stock and let the stone speak. The sun can be brutal out here on the road, so we have a small covered area where we can take a break and drink some tea. Most of the work is physical—using the cranes, guiding the trucks, and checking the quality of the white stone. It is not a quiet life. Between the trucks honking and the machines running, it is pretty loud most of the time. We have been here for a while and have seen the bypass get busier every year. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If a piece of marble is good, it shows for itself. We just move the stone, keep the yard as tidy as possible, and wait for the next customer to pull off the highway. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
