Ashish Marble House

We are located over at Plot No E-8 A in the Bidiyad Industrial Area. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but we like the space we have for keeping the marble sorted. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the inventory and do our daily business. I usually get here early to open up the shutters before the sun gets too hot. Most days are filled with the sound of the cutters and the smell of wet stone. We don't really do much advertising because people usually find us just by driving through the area or hearing about us from a neighbor. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on so we can get back to work. There are always piles of off-cuts in the corner that we need to clear out, but they just keep growing. It is honest work and it keeps our hands rough. We deal with all sorts of people, from big contractors to a guy just needing a few pieces for a small repair. We don't treat anyone differently. We just show them what is available and let the stone speak for itself. It is a simple life here in Bidiyad and we are fine with that. We close the gates when it gets dark and start again when the birds wake up.
