Arwa Marble Trading & Contracting Company

We set up our business on the Bypass Road in Nagore. It is directly opposite the Gurudwara, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The road is always busy with people heading out of town, so we get a lot of people just pulling over to look at the marble slabs. We do a mix of trading the stone and doing some contracting work on the side. That means some days the office is empty because everyone is out at a building site somewhere nearby. We have slabs of marble leaned up against the walls outside. The Nagore wind blows a lot of sand around, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the display pieces so people can see the patterns. It is a bit of a rough area with all the construction going on, but that is good for us. We handle the paperwork for the contracts at a small wooden desk that has seen better days. There is always a pot of tea on the go because someone is always stopping by to talk about a new building project or a renovation. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, the stone, and the trucks. Sometimes the orders get mixed up or the weather stops the work for a day, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a basic operation, focused on getting the stone where it needs to go.
