We run our shop right on the Bye Pass Road, not too far from the Gurudara. It’s a spot that gets a fair amount of traffic from people passing through town. My sons and I handle the daily work here. It’s a family thing, so we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s unloading a truck or talking to someone who stopped by. The Gurudara is a good landmark for us because everyone knows it. Our place is quite simple, mostly just a yard and a small office where we keep the books. We don’t go in for fancy talk or big marketing. People usually find us because they saw the sign while driving on the bypass. It can get pretty loud with the trucks going by all day, but you get used to it after a while. We keep a range of materials out in the open so folks can get a look at them in the natural light. Sometimes we are busy, sometimes we are just sitting around waiting for the next load to arrive. We’ve had this spot for years and it’s become our second home really. There isn't much to the business other than showing up every morning and seeing who needs help with their building projects. It’s practical work and we like it that way. No need for anything more complicated or polished. We just keep the family business going one day at a time.
